Have a large organization that needs training for COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, or other HR areas?
We offer multiple person discounts on our standard Training & Certification Programs or allow you to customize our Programs to your needs.
Both options meet TPA and employer needs for training and updating their administrative staff, and both come with our Management Interface that allows you to see employee progress, test scores, and incorrectly answered test questions!
With the customized option, we provide your Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a Word version of your desired Training & Certification Program(s). Your SME customizes the content to include your recommended or preferred procedures, processes, forms, etc., then gives it back to us for set up and online delivery.
This option is great for TPAs or organizations with multiple administrators seeking online training delivered and tracked for their employees. You also receive:
- Customized home page for program access
- Management interface for tracking employee progress and test scores
- Listing of each employee's incorrectly answered test questions for counseling/training
- Full content and regulatory updates
In essence, we host your Program and makes your required changes; you simply pay an annual fee for leasing our content and delivery system (hosting and changes included in price).
This is an excellent solution for organizations with no or inadequate technical resources and/or the ability to host the program.
Pricing:
- $15,000 one-time licensing/hosting fee for up to 250 individual users ($75 per for each add'l)
- $3,500 for annual updates (starting year two)
- $1,500 annual maintenance/editing fee for up to ten annually requested edits (your changes); $195 per edit thereafter
