For instance, if you were reading about the definition of a Qualifying Event, you would find links to discussions on lengths of coverage, multiple events, and special events such as divorce or cessation of dependency status, the ‘disability’ extension, etc. Simply click on the link to go to that story.
How To Edit Your Account, Renew, Change Your Subscription Level, or Give Gifts:
Use the "My Account" page to update your account information if you move, get a new email address, want to upgrade your subscription, or to change your User Name or Password. Note: Individuals wishing to provide gift subscriptions can do so by clicking on the "Gift" button either on the menu bar or on the My Account page.
We offer three options for renewing or updating your account:
To give a gift, click on the Give Gifts button on either the menu bar or on your My Account page. Note: To help you qualify for discounts, you can purchase multiple E-Alerts as part of the purchase process, then register the gift recipients later from the "Un-Assigned Gifts" section of your "My Account" page.
Your User Name and Password:
Your User Name and Password are required to access subscriber content. Once entered, you have access to all the information your subscription level allows.
You can change your User Name and Password at any time from your My Account page. To upgrade your subscription level online with Visa or MasterCard, simply go to your My Account page and follow the simple instructions in the 'Your Subscriptions' section.
